Women with fair skin: If you wear green contact lenses you may want to use eye shadow in neutral colours or a green colour. This will see the best out. If you wear blue or turquoise contact lenses, an eye shadow in blue looks good but a bit lighter in colour than the colour of your contact lenses. If you use an amethyst, violet or gray contact lenses, lavender shade fit best for you. On the other hand, brown or gray eyeliner look much better on a light skin than black eyeliner. Eyeliner should be not to “scratch”. If you want to wear blue or turquoise contact lenses, you can use a blue mascara to give your eyes a dramatic effect.

Women with normal skin colour: If you have a medium dark skin, you have the best opportunities with green, purple or blue contact lenses, and will otherwise natural shades also come with these coloured Contact Lenses, such as plum or brown. Dry eye symptoms and Dry eye treatments (in English)


Dry eye symptoms include: reddenss, irritation, tearing, foreign body sensation, blurry vision, unable to tolerate contact lenses. Paradoxically eyes may tear more when the eyes are dry, this is called reflex tearing due to eye irritation. Worse when you are taking oral medication for treatment of acne or allergy, wear contact lenses, druing winter months, when heater is turned on, in a plane, in office, when use computers excessively, forget to blink, living in the desert. Try to avoid excessive computer use, video game use, remind yourself to blink, stop contact lenses, not to wear contacts overnight, use a humidifier, may consider moving away from the desert or areas with low humidity, use artificial tears when travel on a plane.
