Can you wear contact lenses while cheerleading?

This would be my first time wearing my contact lenses. I have a basketball game to cheer for and i don’t want to wear my glasses. So can i wear my contacts? I’m a flyer, which is the person up in the air. Should i wear my contacts or not?

is it ok to wear colored contacts you bought at the mall?

I used to get a lot of headaches, really bad ones, two years ago I got my glasses and ever since I only get the occasional headache like any normal person. Now I’m planning on getting contact lenses, but will I get headaches again like I did before?
